Harbour has held its operating licenses from the Panama Maritime Authority (AMP) since 2013 — authorizing us to operate, repair containers and carry out inspections inside the country's port terminals.

We didn't just service reefers — we built the software to run the whole operation. CCOS is Harbour's own application for generating cases, logging technician work, tracking every reefer, and reporting in real time. It works even when the ship doesn't have signal.
Technicians generate cases and log every repair in the CCOS Repairs Module — no network required out at sea.
The moment connectivity returns, every case uploads automatically to the cloud. Nothing is lost, nothing is forgotten.
HSC Traffic tracks all cases around the clock and reports to MSC GVA and any other parties that need them.
